All the exercises in boot camps target the whole body, which is a much more efficient way of conditioning the body. Using your own resistance; focusing on cardio, strength, and agility.

At Home Citrus Mask

A great, at home recipe to rejuvenate your skin!

1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp baking soda

How simple is that?

Combine the two, stirring until the fizzing subsides, apply to face, leave on for 20 minutes, and rinse with warm water. Simple as that, this does tingle slighly, it will pass after the first 5 minutes. And enjoy!
