Beyond 300 Workout

Want to know what I am working towards?

Did everyone see the amazing bodies of the men in the movie 300? Inspired by their workout, Julie Lohre created her own and shared it with Muscle & Fitness hers. Broken down into specific exercises. Here is the workout.
